Who runs PaisaNow today?

Kapiital Lending Services Pvt Ltd, the sister entity of Kapiital Systems, is the largest production user. It operates as a regulated DSA, Business Correspondent, and insurance distributor.

Is PaisaNow a lender?

No. PaisaNow is software. Lending decisions and capital sit with the lender on the panel. PaisaNow runs the agent operation between borrower and lender.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The app works without an active connection. Applications, document uploads, and customer interactions queue locally and sync when reception comes back.

What does the agent see vs the operations team?

The agent sees their own pipeline, productivity, and earnings. The operations team sees the network — agent-level activity, branch-level conversion, lender-level performance, product-level mix. Outliers are surfaced both ways.
