What KYEHR tracks

Attendance. Geo-tagged check-in and check-out. No more roster-based assumptions about who showed up.

Route adherence. Agents have a planned route or territory. KYEHR sees deviation in real time, flags it, and surfaces the pattern to the branch manager.

Customer visit completion. Visits planned in the morning, marked complete with photo or geo-stamp by end of day. Missed visits are visible the same day, not the same week.

Productivity scoring. Calls, meetings, applications, conversions, disbursements — all rolled up into a per-agent productivity score that is comparable across the network.
